TERROIR was born from countless journeys through the Mediterranean countryside — from the olive groves of Kalamata to the vineyards of Barolo, from the salt marshes of Guérande to the saffron fields of Abruzzo.
Along the way, we met extraordinary people: a fourth-generation cheesemaker in Pienza, a beekeeper in Corsica whose hives sit among wild chestnut forests, a grandmother in Bari who still forms orecchiette by hand. Their products were revelations — nothing like what we found on supermarket shelves.
We created TERROIR to share these discoveries. Every product in our collection represents a genuine relationship, a verified provenance, and a standard of quality we stake our name on.
